8. Approval and Submission: Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving final proposals before submission. Divine Consultant is not responsible for errors or omissions after client approval.

10. Revisions: Limited revisions may be included as specified in the proposal. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
11. Termination: Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Termination fees may apply based on project stage.
12. Liability: Divine Consultant is not liable for outcomes of grant applications or for any indirect, consequential, or special damages.
13. Indemnification: Clients agree to indemnify and hold Divine Consultant harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from grant proposals or services provided.
14. Amendments: Divine Consultant reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes.
